Matamata Swifts Director of Coaching
Matamata Swifts AFC is seeking a talented, motivated and organised individual to fill our newly created Director of Coaching position. The Director of Coaching will have overall responsibility for the planning, implementation and continual improvement of the club’s football development and learning
programme.

Challenge Matamata Swifts Ladies coach
The Challenge Matamata Swifts Ladies team plays in Waikato Ladies Division A. The coach of this team will be required to work with one main goal in mind; to prepare a competitive Matamata Swifts Ladies team through enjoyment of football and skill development.
The Swifts Ladies team coach will be part of the Matamata Swifts AFC senior coaching team, working with the Swifts first team, reserve team and youth team coaching staff. The Swifts Ladies team coach will report to the Matamata AFC management committee via the Director of Coaching and will be responsible for recruitment of an assistant/manager.

Matamata Swifts Reserve Team coach
The Metso Matamata Swifts reserve team plays in the Waikato Bay of Plenty Federation League division 2. The coach of this team will be required to work with two main goals in mind; to prepare players for first team football and to achieve promotion to the Waikato Bay of Plenty Federation League division 1.
The reserve team coach will be part of the Matamata Swifts AFC senior coaching team, working with the Swifts first team, ladies team and youth team coaching staff. The reserve team coach will report to the Matamata AFC management committee via the Director of Coaching and will be responsible for recruitment of a reserve team assistant/manager.
